Aid for mutual benefit – How aid is a strategic lever for delivering donor countries’ top priorities

This briefing is part of a project led by the Kiel Institute and Global Nation to examine and build the evidence base for mutual interest ODA. Mutual interest ODA is that which genuinely serves recipients’ development goals and, in doing so, also benefits donor countries. The findings set out are based on a working paper by economists from the Kiel Institute.
